Easy Meal Prep Turkey Taco Bowl Recipe



This is my favorite go to healthy meal to cook that I can make a big batch of and portion out for meal prepping. It is easy, fast, and so good! I like that it has no carbs and is relatively healthy. I hope you enjoy this super simple Meal Prep Turkey Taco Bowl Recipe!



Ingredients:
1 Lb. Ground Turkey Meat
1 Can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 Can Sweet Corn (drained)
1 Can Diced Tomatoes with Cilantro and Lime Juice (undrained)
3 Tb Taco Seasoning
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (sour cream substitute)

Directions:
1. Put ground turkey in a pan on stove, season with 3 Tb taco seasoning, stir and cook thoroughly over medium heat.
2. When turkey is all cooked add 1 can of black beans drained and rinsed, add 1 can of drained sweet corn, and add 1 can undrained tomatoes with cilantro and lime juice.
3. Stir and heat through for another 5-10 minutes.
4. Separate into meal prep containers and top with cheese and greek yogurt when your going to enjoy.
