Happy National Donut Day

It's national donut day and I decided to go for a run instead of running to dunkndonuts!
I have been really struggling to keep up with running lately. I was motiviated and running almost everyday a few months ago. Then it got hot and I started making excuses. I am not happy with my weight and not being the best example to my girls on how to live healthy. I decided to run in hopes of kick starting my motivation to go often.
It only takes 30 minutes of my morning to just go and do it but sometimes its hard to get 2 under 2 fed, cleaned up, dressed and out the door. They aren't always happy even though they get snacks and water. I need to remember it's good for all of us to get some fresh air!
Here are my goals.
1.Run at least 4 times a week.
2.Eat more fruits and veggies during the day.
3.Teach my girls to fuel their bodies and that exercise is fun and good for you!
4.Play outside twice a day.
5.Take it day by day.
6.Believe in myself and stay positive.
I feed my girls fruit and veggies all day so it shouldn't be too hard to also make myself some. Hah!
All I can do is focus day by day on my goals and do my best! I encourage you to set some goals and do your best! Here is to national donut day!
